You are eligible to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your product at your own expense, and restocking fees will not apply. Please review the conditions below:

Cancellation of an Order - Change of Opinion: 

Order cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once this time frame has passed, we are unable to cancel the order as it would have already been processed and fulfilled.

How To Request A Return?

If you find our product unsatisfactory, you have a 30-day window from the delivery date to make your decision. In such cases, please contact our customer support team at info@beyoushopchic.com for assistance.

Upon approval of your return request, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send back your item, along with a return shipping label. Please note that items returned without a valid return authorization number will not be accepted.

Once your item is received at our warehouse, you can anticipate the refund or credit to your original payment method within 5 business days.

The Product Never Arrived:

If your product has not been delivered within a maximum of 15 days, please get in touch with us. Our estimated delivery time typically falls between 7 and 10 days, excluding the preparation and shipping period of 1 to 5 days.

We kindly request your patience and understanding, extending your allowance to a maximum of 25 days. This accommodates for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, postal delays, and customs processing.

In the event that your order has not arrived after 25 days, rest assured that we will promptly process a full refund for your purchase.

Damaged on Arrival:

In the event that your product arrives damaged, please capture photos and videos and forward them to our customer support at info@beyoushopchic.com. After support verification and case confirmation, you'll be presented with two options:

  • We can either dispatch a replacement product
  • Provide a complete refund.

Defective or Broken Manufacturer After Use:

Once the product has been delivered, you have a 30-day window to notify us of any concerns. If, during this period, the product arrives damaged or fails to function as intended, you may return it at your cost, and we will process a refund for you.

Or offer store credit, allowing you to reorder your preferred replacement product.

Buyer's Remorse:

 At BEYOU, your satisfaction with your beauty and fashion purchases is our utmost priority. We understand that sometimes, buyer's remorse can happen. If you find yourself in this situation, you can return your unworn items in their original condition within 30 days from the delivery date. Just reach out to our dedicated customer support team at info@beyoushopchic.com, and we'll assist you throughout the return process. Your happiness is what drives us, and we're committed to making your experience as effortless as possible.

Exchange:

You have a 30-day window from the delivery date to initiate a product exchange. Kindly note that for the exchange to be processed, the product must remain unused and be in its original packaging. Wrong Product:

If you have received the incorrect product, you have a 30-day grace period to return it to us, and we will cover the return shipping costs. We'll then proceed to provide you with a complete refund.
